Claire is an Aries, Lindsay Aquarius. Their partnership creates a highly dynamic and creative pair, as a result of the vivacity of the Aries and the vision of the Aquarius.
The best aspect of their partnership is their ability to come up with new ideas and implement them. They balance each other so amazingly and utilise each other’s talents wonderfully.
Between the two of them there is very little they haven’t had experience in selling and with the addition of a fantastic sales team they can offer a breadth of knowledge and guidance to help you and your business supersede your goals.

My sales career started early on at the age of 15 when I started work for a local telesales centre, over the years I progressed to call centre trainer and was responsible for training 350 members of staff. I continued to develop my career when I secured a job with the massive stationary sales company Office International. I was not only the youngest sales representative they had taken on at 20 years of age but also a woman! I went on to prove myself by hitting every target given to me. Having had a hugely successful career in sales spanning over 27 years, I found myself enjoying a wonderful two years at Yell, where I thrived and smashed targets, winning awards and holidays and whilst doing so, training new starters around the UK.
In 2016, I felt ready to set up my own business, Hello Consultants Ltd, a sales and marketing consultant helping SMEs fill the gap of new business development through telesales and face to face sales, and website services. Within two months I needed to expand the business and now have four brilliant sales people working with me.
In addition, having spent some time working very successfully within some of the top sales recruitment companies in the UK in the FMCG sector I am also a Director of Hello Recruitment Associates Ltd
I live in Bedfordshire and am incredibly proud of my four sons. Three have now grown up and are enjoying successful careers in their chosen fields, while my youngest still lives at home. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, keeping active with kettlebells and boxercise, and supporting my son's football and golf activities.
Lindsay Birtles - Director
Having a Mum and Dad who reached the top level of sales in Tupperware in the 80's I was born into the life of sales. From answering the phone to picking and packing the orders and helping out at sales meetings. From the age of 8, I was asked to do all of the above and I absolutely loved it, especially the Wimpy I got as payment for my days work. At the age of 16, I took a diverse career change and went off to college to study equine studies, thinking that at 5ft 9" I could be the next Frankie Dettori!…. This didn't work out.
I took my first official sales role when I was just 18 at a Call Centre, funnily the same Call Centre as where Claire also worked, hopefully, you are getting the picture now. In the 15 years I worked there I progressed throughout the company enjoying success in every challenge that was set. I think my ability to pull apart any sales campaign, find the best way to make it work and to most importantly have the motivation and ambition to make it a success is what led me to enjoy many successful years within this company where I sold, trained and managed my way through it.
My next role was taken in a much smaller company, one that was well established but that needed a reinvigoration and a push to the next level of sales. The enjoyment and fulfillment I got from this role, making structural changes, supporting the company in a focussed approach to bring sales to a profitable level and to develop an amazing team of people who had a brilliant approach to sales gave me great pleasure.
However sometimes a new challenge is just what you need, Claire made the right call, on the right day, with a great idea of how we can utilise the best of both of our skills to not just help the companies that we work for but instead to help a lot of companies.
Being part of a team that celebrates success together is a massive part of what motivates me, no one person can achieve huge success alone and doing so would only make you lonely.
When not at work, being a Mum takes up most of my time, with a grown up daughter, who I am super proud of having been in the GB Premier Dragonboat team and jetting around the world racing, and a primary school aged little man who has me run ragged, any spare time I get is most definitely enjoyed spending time with my husband (who Claire introduced me to, we are not just good at business) and our friends and family.

The sales team is a carefully selected team who Claire and Lindsay are always extremely proud of.
